Pepper

Pepper

Pepper is a 4 year young beauty who is very well trained and eager to continue her training. She was released to rescue when her owners were moving and could not find housing that would allow dogs.  She is currently living in an adult household, but we were told she was raised around children.

Pepper gets along with both small and large breeds, young to senior dogs. She is your typical very active field English Setter who has a strong prey drive and enjoys watching birds and running around her yard; she will settle inside but it might take her a minute. Her foster mom uses a whistle in the yard and Pepper will come when called. She does live with cats, but the cats in the home do not run from dogs and dogs are not allowed to chase cats.

Pepper’s foster home has a 5′ pipe fence with railroad ties and decorative rock around the inside border to discourage digging. Her previous owner did say she was a digger, but she has not shown that in her current home; however, she is not left outside unattended for long periods of time.

Pepper is completely housetrained and has full run of the house while her foster mom is at work. If you are looking for the perfect dog, look no further.  Pepper is in a foster home in Elko, NV.
